Our plumbing engineer attended the property to carry out a full replacement of an existing worn-out tap. To ensure long-term reliability and prevent under-sink leaks, the job included a full inspection of the underlying pipe connections and supply hoses prior to fitting the new fixture.
Safely isolated the incoming water supply, disconnected the existing hot and cold water supply hoses, and carefully removed the old tap fixture without damaging the sink surface.
Thoroughly inspected the existing pipe connections, threads, and fittings for wear, then positioned and securely fixed the brand-new tap into place.
Reconnected the water supply hoses, restored full water flow, and carried out comprehensive operational tests checking both hot and cold water delivery, flow pressure, and joint seals.
Confirmed that all under-sink connections were 100% watertight and the new tap was operating smoothly. Thoroughly cleaned and tidied the work area upon completion.
